Beginner Series: Apr 8 – May 15
A 6-week intro for total beginners. Learn the fundamentals of movement, rhythm, and jogo.

Train with master teachers. Celebrate growth, tradition, and lineage through roda and ritual.

What is Capoeira?
Capoeira is a game, a song, a story told through the body. It is martial and playful, rhythmic and powerful — rooted in resistance and expressed through joy.
About UCA Colorado
We are part of the United Capoeira Association, founded by Mestre Acordeon, Mestra Suelly, and Mestre Rã. UCA Colorado is led by Mestre Grilo Preto and Mestre Beringela, based in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District.
Class Schedule
Monday – Adult Class @ 6:30PM
Wednesday – Kids @ 5PM | Adults @ 6:30PM
Saturday – Roda / All Levels @ 12PM
